Modular Capsule House - M3
An 18 sq m modular entry unit with panoramic glazing, efficient 40HQ logistics, and a finished hospitality-ready package.

Overview
A smaller modular unit built for efficient rollout
M3 is the most compact model currently sitting inside the Modular Capsule House range. It is aimed at projects that want a smaller room footprint, easier batch planning, and a guest-ready unit that can be rolled out with lower logistics pressure.
Based on the provided specification sheet, the unit measures 5120 × 3600 × 3200 mm, has an approximate net weight of 3.8 tons, offers around 18 sq m of floor area, uses about 10 kW of power, ships in modular form, fits 40HQ logistics, and reaches roughly 2.5 units per container. That makes M3 especially useful when transport efficiency and faster site rollout matter as much as the room product itself.
The standard scope shown in the sheet includes a standard-color aluminum ceiling, eco-friendly SPC flooring, a private glass bathroom door, ceramic or marble bathroom flooring, a customized vanity / basin / bathroom suite, toilet, faucet, shower head, whole-house lighting, electrical and plumbing systems, inverter AC for cooling and heating, motorized curtain tracks, and a fresh-air system.
For structure and controls, the sheet highlights a galvanized steel frame, fluorocarbon-coated aluminum alloy shell, thermal insulation with multi-layer waterproofing, double-glazed tempered glass windows and doors, a customized main entrance door, a key-card power switch, a smart scene control panel, and integrated lighting and curtain control. Optional upgrades listed include entrance staircase platform, curtains, projection or TV system, thicker polyurethane insulation, triple-glazed glass, pipe heating, underfloor heating, smart toilet, wardrobe, bed and mattress, kitchen cabinet, laundry system, refrigerator, table, sofa, chair, and bar counter.
